Why acupuncture?
To manage the daily stress of modern life; to ease aches, pains, and strains; to fend off colds, flus, and allergies; to sleep more restfully; to cope with chronic health conditions; to regulate hormonal cycles; to get support in making healthy changes; to recover from injuries and surgery; to reduce joint and muscle inflammation; to improve digestion; to feel more like themselves again.
Our Services
We offer safe, effective, individualized acupuncture treatments at an affordable price. Since we opened in 2010 we have provided over 70,000 treatments to our community. We are part of an international movement to make acupuncture affordable and accessible: an everyday medicine for everyday healthcare needs.
Our experience has shown us that acupuncture is like exercise: the more you do it, the stronger you get. Most everyone will do best with a series of treatments, rather than just one or two. The only way that will work for most people is to lower the cost as much as possible.
We make this possible by treating many people at once in our community room.

Community Acupuncture | The "Acu-Nap"
The heart of our practice. We have 7 reclining chairs in our tranquil community style room. Your acupuncturist checks in with you quickly and takes just take a few minutes to place extremely small, sterile, single-use needles in various points on your body - usually below the elbows and knees, often on the ears or head, and occasionally on your abdomen or other accessible body areas. Then you will be left to rest with the needles in for at least 30-45 minutes. It's a great way to facilitate a more charged, rejuvenating nap: our beloved Acu-Nap. As each acupuncturist can treat 6 people every hour the obvious benefit for you is the price.
First time patients: $40 | Returning Clients: $30
Elders over 60: Happy Hour Treatments $20 (Weekdays by appointment before 4pm)
Acu-Naps Available:
Tuesday: 10am - 6:30pm
Wednesday: 10am-7pm
Thursday: 1pm - 6:30pm
Friday: 10am - 6:30pm
Saturday: 11:00am- 3:00pm
Third Sunday of the month: 11:00am-3:00pm

One on One Acupuncture Treatments
For people that are uncomfortable in group spaces and for when what you need is to be able to talk more about your concerns we also offer one-on-one treatments .
Cupping and Targeted Acupuncture
Cupping is one of the oldest methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a great adjunct to acupuncture. If you need relief from back or neck pain, allergies, fatigue, flu, colds and/or muscle aches, cupping can be very beneficial. It promotes blood flow and decreases toxins. Your practitioner will apply coconut oil on your back, put the cups over the areas to be treated and then slide them around before leaving them to work their magic. Once the cups are removed acupuncture needles are applied and you can rest for 30 minutes.
Herbal Consults
In the one on one room we offer 45 minute herbal consults to complement your acupuncture care. If you are needing more in depth care to discuss dietary changes, supplements and herbal formulas and get you on the path to greater healing and well being, we have availability Tuesday through Friday. In these consults we will check your tongue, pulse and do a thorough intake on your medical history and current condition. We want to know if you are concurrently taking pharmaceuticals, have a serious condition to discuss, or want to work on fertility in a deeper way. We recommend doing an herbal consult with one of our licensed acupuncturist herbalists to further your health needs and goals.
